towards the end of April 2025, after several calls with Honda Customer Care pushing them to repair my machine, I got a call from the dealership saying that my machine was finally repaired and I could come and pick it up. I was so relieved to finally get that call that I rushed over to get my machine... As I was getting ready to load it onto the trailer I decided to check things out first. I checked the oil, checked for oil leaks, then I tried shifting and that's when more problems started....
it would make quite a clunking sound when shifting from high to low range and going into 1st gear, then into reverse it was a loud clunk again. This never happened before, it would always have a few hard shifts at first when cold but not a loud clunking sound with it. then I shifted from low to high range and the sound happened again in first gear and reverse gear, then another thing happened.... while going from neutral to 1st gear it started to flash a line in on the gear indicator and I could hear a clicking like it could not find first gear, it eventually did go into gear but this is not acceptable so I went a got the Dealer Rep. He tried it for around 10 mins and it continued to do the same thing for him so he took it back and said he would call me when he knew more....
